My Approach

Structured, but human.

My coaching is built around a simple framework: understanding where you are, where you want to be, and how to bridge the gap in a way that actually lasts.

Using motivational interviewing and evidence-based behavior change principles, we focus on building awareness, working through resistance, and creating habits that align with your real life—not an idealized version of it.

There's no one-size-fits-all plan here. We meet you where you are, develop a clear path forward, and build consistency step by step.

I'm currently completing NBHWC training (board exam July 2026) and pursuing NASM Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach certifications.

I believe in modern medicine, informed coaching, and complete transparency about my training and credentials.

My Story

I didn't grow up with a strong foundation in health or wellness.

I struggled with my weight and self-image for most of my life. At my heaviest, I was 267 pounds, prediabetic, hypertensive, and living a sedentary lifestyle.

What changed wasn't just the weight.

It was learning how to combine fitness, nutrition, and real education with a shift in mindset. I moved away from shame and toward awareness and discipline, without rigidity.

Today, I'm 135 pounds and in the best shape of my life.

I also grew up without financial stability. My first job paid $7.75/hour. Through education and intentional growth, I built a career earning well into six figures and created opportunities for myself and others.

This work is personal.

Because I understand what it feels like to be stuck, and what it takes to move forward.
